Sampling in the field
Today part of our research team has been in Viña Costeira taking samples for the project «Optimization of the pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) technique to obtain bioactive extracts from by-products of grape varieties from the Ourense region» funded by the call INOU-CAMPUS AUGA 2024.
The project led by researcher Otero Fuertes focuses on the development and optimization of the pressurized liquid extraction technique in order to obtain bioactive extracts that can revalue grape products from the Ourense region.
